Frequently Asked Questions

When can I rate a Professional?

You can rate a Professional after:

  • The shift has been completed.

  • The shift has been confirmed.

  • Payment has been processed.

If you do not see the Rate Pro option yet, confirm the Professional's hours and complete payment first.

Can I rate a Professional while adjusting their time?

Yes.

If you're adjusting a Professional's clock in or clock out time using the Time & Attendance feature, you'll have the option to leave a rating during that process.

If you choose not to leave a rating at that time, you can still submit one later using the Rate Pro button, provided it is within 30 days of the completed shift.

Where do I rate a Professional?

Once a rating is available, the Pay Pro button is replaced with Rate Pro anywhere it appears in the Qwick app or Business Dashboard.

If you're updating a Professional's clock in or clock out time through Time & Attendance, you can also submit a rating as part of that workflow.

How long do I have to leave a rating?

You can submit a rating for up to 30 days after the shift is completed.

After 30 days, ratings can no longer be submitted.

Why don't I see the "Rate Pro" button?

The Rate Pro button will not appear until all of the following are complete:

  • The shift has ended.

  • The shift has been confirmed.

  • Payment has been processed.

If you're adjusting a Professional's hours through Time & Attendance, you'll also have the opportunity to leave a rating during that process.

If you've completed these steps and still don't see the option to rate, contact Qwick Support by texting 79425.

Should I leave multiple ratings for the same issue?

No.

If the same incident affects multiple shifts, leave one rating only. Please do not submit multiple ratings across several shifts for the same event.

What if I need to report a serious issue?

If a situation requires additional review or you believe Qwick should investigate, text 79425. Our Support team will review the situation and follow up as needed.

Does leaving a rating notify Qwick of a serious issue?

Not necessarily.

Ratings provide feedback about a Professional's performance, but they are not a substitute for reporting serious concerns.

If there was a safety issue, policy violation, misconduct, or another incident that requires Qwick's attention, please text 79425 so our Support team can investigate.

Best Practices for Ratings

To ensure ratings are fair and helpful:

  • Rate the Professional based on their overall performance during the shift.

  • Leave only one rating for each incident.

  • Report serious concerns separately by texting 79425.

  • Submit your rating within 30 days of the completed shift.
