How do I update my email address?

The steps depend on whether you are a 1099 or W-2 professional.

For 1099 Professionals
You must update your email in two places:

  1. Profile → Insurance tab
    This ensures your insurance-related documents are accurate.

  2. Payout Dashboard (Wallet) – Stripe
    This ensures payout and tax communications are sent to the correct email.

Both updates are required to avoid delays or issues.

For W-2 Professionals
Email updates follow the same process as 1099 professionals:

  1. Profile → Insurance tab

  2. Payout Dashboard (Wallet)

For pay stubs, email and personal information are managed through Zeal (Wallet).


How do I update my phone number?

For security reasons, phone numbers cannot be updated directly in the app.

To request a phone number change, you must contact Support and provide the following:

  • Full name

  • Old phone number

  • New phone number

  • Photo ID (to verify your identity)

Important:
You will need to create a new account using your new phone number. Once your identity is verified, Support will merge the new account with your existing one.


How do I contact Support to update my phone number?

Text 79425 with the required information listed above.

Processing time:
Phone number updates typically take 3–5 business days to complete after all information is received and verified.
