🟢Incident Update: Stripe Account Debit + Balance Issue

Summary

Between November 3–4, 2025, unauthorized activity occurred on Stripe, our payment processing partner’s platform, causing some professionals to see unexpected withdrawals from their bank accounts and/or lower-than-expected balances in their Qwick profiles.

We immediately escalated the issue to Stripe’s critical support team, and our teams worked together to quickly confirm and contain the problem, then reverse the affected transactions and restore all account balances.

While our investigation and further safeguarding efforts continue, the issue has been resolved. No permanent loss of funds occurred, and all affected account balances have now been corrected. We can also confirm that no account numbers have been compromised due to this event.
