We want to provide an update on the issue that affected some Qwick pros’ balances and access to recent payments.
The week of November 3, 2025, we identified an issue that temporarily disrupted how account balances and payouts were processed. As a result, some professionals were unable to access their recent earnings or saw balances that didn't reflect their expected amounts.
Our teams took immediate action to stabilize the system and worked continuously with our payment partner to validate all balances and restore normal payout operations.
We’ve confirmed that all funds are fully accounted for and secure within our payment system. No personal or financial information has been exposed, and your earnings remain protected.
Impact
Some professionals may have seen updated balances that were temporarily unavailable.
All transactions have been fully validated, and payments and deposits have resumed.
Qwick notified affected pros once funds were fully released and accessible.
