Shine Bright: Your Guide to Bronze, Silver & Gold Badges

Edited

Qwick highlights and celebrates the best pros on the platform by awarding various badges. Here's a breakdown of what they mean:

Bronze Medal Badge (Top 16%–25% of all professionals)

  • Professionals must complete 5 shifts each month

  • Professionals must have an average star rating of 4.5 or better

  • Professionals cannot have any no-call no-show, call-out, or other suspension violations in the last 6 months

Silver Medal Badge (Top 6%–15% of all professionals)

  • Professionals must complete 10 shifts each month

  • Professionals must have an average star rating of 4.7 or better

  • Professionals cannot have any no-call no-show, call-out, or other suspension violations in the last 6 months

Gold Medal Badge (Top 5% of all professionals)

  • Professionals must complete 20 shifts each month

  • Professionals must have an average star rating of 4.9 or better

  • Professionals cannot have any no-call no-show, call-out, or other suspension violations in the last 6 months

If a professional receives a call-out, no-call no-show, or other suspension, they will lose their top pro badge. Pros can earn the badge back after 6 months if they meet the other criteria for the badge. These badges are visible to business partners, which may increase your chances of being selected for a shift.
