W-2 health insurance benefits

Qwick W-2 employees who work 30+ hours per week over a 3-month period will also qualify for the opportunity to participate in the company’s health insurance benefits plans. 

While plan details are subject to change, here are examples of the offerings available. Please refer to the Benefits Enrollment Guide for the most current information. 

• Advantage MV Plan

  • ACA compliant plan with good benefits, including a low deductible ($1500) 100% preventative and wellness coverage, prescription discounts, and discounts/low deductibles on hospitalization and surgery needs. 

  • $57.69 per week for an employee-only plan and $195.23 per week for the family plan.

• Primecare MEC Plan 

  • A more affordable plan with benefits including preventative and wellness Coverage, prescription discounts, telemedicine and virtual behavioral health coverage, and a MEC discount card for discounts on dental, vision, durable medical equipment, fitness, x-rays, and more.

  • $18.46 per week for an employee-only plan and $55.38 per week for a family plan.
