What counts as a completed shift for the referral milestones?

The business referral program counts a completed shift as:
A shift for a specific position on a single day and at a particular time. Please note that one shift can have multiple professionals on it, though it will be counted as one shift.
For example, a banquet server shift posted for a singular event with eight professionals on it counts as one shift. Posting for a single bartender on Friday, and again on Saturday, would be two shifts.
A shift is considered completed once the shift has been worked and the professional's payment has been processed.
Referral rewards are subject to the criteria outlined in the Referral Program Terms and Conditions.
