Parking at shifts

Pros are responsible for any costs for parking at a shift. If the shift description specifically states "paid parking" or "parking validated," then the pro can expect to be reimbursed by the business for any parking fee; otherwise, parking is the pro's responsibility.

If a shift specifies that it is reimbursing for parking fees and the pro does not believe they received the reimbursement, the pro can contact support within 72 hours of receiving payment for the shift. The pro must provide a picture or copy of the parking receipt along with the location, date, and time of the shift so we can investigate the matter.
