Receiving a Direct Shift Offer

Location Permissions are required to be "always on," and the app will prompt Pros to set this permission. Pros will not be able to apply or confirm Shifts without this setting

Businesses can send Shift offers directly to Pros. If you have received a Direct Shift Offer from a business, see below:

  • You have been "pre-selected" for this Shift, which means all you have to do is confirm.

  • Review the Shift card like normal to make sure you can make the Shift and fulfill the Shift requirements.

  • If you cannot make the Shift or do not want it, decline or leave it alone; do not confirm the Shift.

  • Businesses will send offers to multiple Pros, so be quick in making your decision to confirm or not.

  • Calling Out or No Call No Showing these Shifts carries the same suspension penalties
