Background check - pending/consider

If you've received an email from Checkr indicating that your background check status is Pending or Consider, it means that information in your background check requires additional review. Your background check has been completed but has not yet been cleared.

To receive assistance, please text our Support team at 79425, and we'll help you with the next steps.

While your background check is under review, you can still pick up eligible 1099 shifts that do not require a cleared background check. Most 1099 shifts do not require a background check, so you'll still be able to continue working while your background check is being reviewed.
