Background Checks; More Information

Background checks are optional on our platform. You are still allowed to work Shifts on our platform that do not require a background check, regardless of whether you clear a background check or even submit for one.

No one has access to your background check information or results except you for your security and privacy. You can see the results of your background check in detail at https://candidate.checkr.com/view. We do not publish in any way who has or has not taken or passed/failed a background check.

Only Shifts posted with background checks required can see Pros who have passed a background check. If you do not have a clear background check, you cannot apply for a background check-required Gig, and the business that posted that gig will not even know you tried to apply.
