Bronze Medal Tier

The Pro must have completed 5 Shifts in the last calendar month

The Pro must have an average star rating of 4.5 or better for the Shifts in the last calendar month

Silver Medal Tier

The Pro must have completed 10 Shifts in the last calendar month

The Pro must have an average star rating of 4.7 or better for the Shifts in the last calendar month

Gold Medal Tier

The Pro must have completed 20 Shifts in the last calendar month

The Pro must have an average star rating of 4.9 or better for the Shifts in the last calendar month

Losing and Earning New Medals

If a Pro's average star rating drops below the requirement for the medal level, their medal will be reduced or dropped.

Pros with 2 or more suspensions in 6 calendar months will lose their medal and cannot earn a new medal until they have not had 2 or more suspensions for 6 calendar months

Pros who call out or no-show will lose their medal for this calendar month, but can earn a new medal next month by meeting the medal criteria above
