Qwick Certifies Pros by position (Dishwasher, Line Cook, etc.). Pros that best match Shift requirements, will meet the expectations, and be best suited for a Shift will have a Certification Badge on their Profile for that position.
Badges are added/updated monthly. If you have not earned any badges yet, keep working Shifts and earning high star ratings, and you will earn some soon! If you have earned badges, you can keep earning them the more Shifts you work under different positions!
If you had badges and they were removed because of multiple suspensions or a drop in star rating, they can be recovered after 6 months, as long as no more suspensions are applied.
