Keeping & Regaining Verified Pro Badges

To Keep your Verified Pro Badge:

• Your Profile Rating must be 4+ stars

• Your Completion Rate must stay above 75%

• You cannot have more than 2 suspensions of more than 24 hours in a 6 month period

If you have lost your Verification Badge:

• You must get your Profile Rating back above 4+ stars

• You must get your Completion Rate back above 75%

• If you have lost your badge for multiple suspensions of more than 24 hours in less than 6 months, you must wait until 6 months since the first suspension has passed to regain your badge

Once you do that, fill out our support form and request to get your verification Badge back.
