401(k) Plan
As a W-2 employee, the Labor Force Group LLC 401(k) Plan is a retirement savings benefit offered in partnership with Vestwell. Eligible employees can save for retirement through payroll deductions using:
Pre-tax contributions
Roth contributions
The plan becomes effective on June 15, 2026 (6/15/26).
Employees will receive enrollment instructions by email from Vestwell using the email address on file.
How does enrollment work?
Due to state and federal requirements, eligible employees who do not take action before the effective date will be automatically enrolled at a 3% contribution rate.
Important:
If you do not want to participate or would like a different contribution amount, you must make changes through your Vestwell account before 6/15/26.
How do I opt out of the 401(k) plan?
To opt out:
Locate the enrollment email from Vestwell.
Log in to your Vestwell account.
Navigate to your savings settings.
Change your contribution rate to 0%.
Save your changes before 6/15/26.
If you do not complete these steps before the effective date, contributions may begin automatically.
How do I change my contribution amount?
If you have already registered your Vestwell account:
Log in to the Vestwell Saver Portal.
On the home page, locate Savings Rates.
Select Change Savings.
Update your Pre-Tax and/or Roth contribution percentage.
Select Apply Changes.
Need to register first?
Locate the enrollment email from Vestwell and complete the account setup process before making contribution changes.
Who is eligible to participate?
Employees become eligible once they meet all of the following requirements:
Are at least 21 years old
Have completed 12 months of service
Have worked at least 1,000 hours during that 12-month period
Eligible employees are enrolled on a quarterly enrollment schedule.
Does Labor Force Group provide a company match?
No. At this time, the plan is a traditional 401(k) plan and does not include a company match.
I was automatically enrolled. Can I get my contributions returned?
Yes.
Employees who were automatically enrolled may request a return of the funds contributed through automatic enrollment. The request must be completed through the Vestwell portal and may require identity verification.
Step 1: Stop Future Contributions
Log in to the Vestwell Saver Portal.
On the home page, locate Savings Rates.
Select Change Savings.
Change Pre-Tax and/or Roth contributions to 0%.
Select Apply Changes.
Step 2: Request a Withdrawal of Auto-Enrolled Contributions
Log in to the Vestwell Saver Portal.
From the Retirement Overview page, select Withdrawals & Rollovers.
Click Withdraw from Balance.
Under Reason for this withdrawal, select:
"I want to withdraw funds that were automatically contributed."
Complete the request by:
Selecting a distribution method
Selecting a delivery method
Reviewing your contact information
Agreeing to the terms and conditions
Select Submit Withdrawal Request.
When prompted, select Yes.
Review the request details and select Confirm Request.
Complete identity verification if prompted.
