Qwick Jobs: Streamline your full-time hiring

Our new Jobs feature lets you post permanent openings, conduct working interviews, and hire directly from Qwick’s vetted network of experienced hospitality professionals.

How it works:

• Post a job: Navigate to the Jobs tab, which can be found in the overflow menu on the top navigation bar. Enter your job title, description, and hourly rate. Use our pre-filled templates or add your own custom description and external links.

• Match with candidates: Our algorithm analyzes the job post and suggests "matches"—professionals whose shift history and ratings indicate they are high-quality candidates for your specific role.

• Conduct working interviews: Instead of a traditional interview, easily use the Qwick platform to invite applicants to a "working interview" shift. This is a private, paid, direct-offer shift where you can evaluate the professional’s skills on-site.

• Send official job offers: When you've found your next hire, send a formal job offer through the platform with a custom acceptance deadline.

Posting a job to the platform is entirely free. You only pay for completed working interview shifts and accepted job offers once you find your ideal candidate. Each successful hire costs 1 credit; please refer to the Qwick platform for the most up-to-date pricing information.
