Summary

Between November 3–4, 2025, an issue with our payment provider, Stripe, caused some professionals to see unexpected withdrawals from their bank accounts and lower-than-expected balances in their Qwick profiles.

We immediately escalated the issue to Stripe’s critical support team. Stripe confirmed the problem and worked with us to reverse affected transactions and restore all balances.

Impact

  • Some professionals had funds debited from their linked bank accounts.

  • Balances may have appeared lower than expected during reconciliation.

  • Certain payouts were temporarily delayed.

  • Your personal data and login credentials remain secure.

Actions

  • Qwick and Stripe teams reconciled all affected accounts.

  • Safeguards were added to prevent further debit activity.

  • New payouts and transactions are being closely monitored.
